Last year in November 2021; 100 farmers, agricultural experts, and kebele leaders who have received training and have properly implemented CA shared their experience with newly organized farmers through the recently launched SCASI project by the Terepeza Development Association in Boloso Bombe and Boloso Sore districts. In Wolaita Zone more than 20 thousand farmers practicing CA in eleven districts through TDA. The new project also aimed to scale conservation agriculture for sustainable food security through increasing soil fertility for sustainable production and productivity by reducing soil erosion and water loss.
